Transaction support
Finpartners also gives support (corporate finance) with regard to transactions. In this, the customer is always central and Finpartners endeavours to maximise the value for its client within set criteria and within a set time-frame.
Each Finpartners partner has an extensive experience with advising on different types of transactions:
- Merger projects between two or more companies
- Acquisitions
- Sales transactions to third parties (industrial or financial investors)
- Sales transactions to current or new management ("MBO" or "MBI")
- Other capital transactions (private placement, debt financing,...)
In the context of these transactions, Finpartners will take care of the following (depending on the client's demands):
- Screening the market and the possibilities for the transaction
- Identifying and selecting target companies (vendors)
- Identifying and selecting potential buyers or investors
- Drawing up the file (Teaser, Information memo, Company presentation)
- Drawing up and justifying valuation (stand-alone, integrated)
- Developing the strategy for the transaction
- Supervising the transaction (practical & executional)
- Negotiations with the various parties
- Supervising the specialised external advisors (legal experts, tax advisers,...)
- Structuring and collecting the financing
