Interim management
Finpartners not only offers its services in the context of specific projects or transactions, but also takes on longer-term projects (interim or crisis management). This can be on a part-time or full-time basis.
These assignments are carried out, on the basis of availability and the complexity of the task, by one of our partners, or by specialists engaged by Finpartners for this type of task.
Finpartners, however, is not the classic 'body-shop' or interim agency. Even if an external specialist is proposed for a project, the project itself will be supervised by one (or more) of the partners. The selection of the external specialist will take place in consultation with (and with the approval of) the client.
CFO services
Finpartners can provide interim CFO (Chief Financial Officer) services whereby one of our partners (or an external specialist) will take up the role of CFO on a part-time or full-time basis, for a shorter or a longer period.
Controlling services
